Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when you receive it.

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized T-shirts.

Worn or washed clothing.

Sale or clearance items.

Fashion accessories (earrings, hair accessories, etc.) unless defective.

Return Process

Email us at info@wisekaraya.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color (for eligible products), we will arrange an exchange once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
